In addition to the staple range I have also collaborated with Ben from Bridge Road on three one off batches.
Aurora Borealis I
In 2012 Ben from Bridge Road Brewers contacted me about a special beer he had brewing. A collaboration with Nogne O from Norway they brewed a Belgian Strongish Quadruple, aged in Scottish whiskey casks before finally being shipped to Beechworth, Australia. Coming in at 14.9% I can tell yo this beer has serious punch and contact me personally for a rather embarrassing story of it's power. This is to be sipped and shared.
The illustration combined the history of both breweries homelands. The helmeted outlaw Ned Kelly from Beechworth and Vikings from Norway.
Aurora Borealis II
A year later Ben contacted me to create follow up illustration to Aurora Borealis I. This time they had brewed a Belgian Tripel, sat in French Cognac barrels and shipped to Beechworth. Coming in much more drinkable, but still strong 9.1%.
As it was a seasonal beer the base of the illustration stayed mostly the same, however I re-drew it with a looser style and a winter theme.
In 2014 Urbain from the world-renowned De Struise brewery worked with Ben from Bridge Road to make an imperial pilsner. Depicted on the label are the two master brewers as Sith Lords.
